The purpose of the role is to produce an integrated management system (IMS) that meets the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, technically assured organisation (TAO) and rail safety accreditation as a rail transport operator.

This role drafts and develops documents and frameworks and technically formatting documents consistent with the style guide and published for use by the Workplace Managers and front-line teams.

Produce draft IMS documents, version control & traceability of documents
Application of technical writing software tools to develop and enhance documents
Produce flowcharts and end to end business mapping for safety processes
Version Control and Traceability of documents
Alignment of the Documents in the system and the Software System Momentum
Tertiary qualifications in safety / quality management or equivalent
5 years' experience on IMS document and process development aligned to legal and regulatory frameworks in a large or complex organisation is preferred
Good understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks, and ISO standards for IMS
Excellent verbal and written communication organised and able to meet deadlines.
The ability to work quickly, effectively, and positively in a demanding environment.
Welldeveloped organisational skills and able to pay attention to detail.
