We are seeking a highly motivated, supportive and passionate Trainer/Assessor to join our team.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct assessment marking in accordance with our policies and procedures
  • Monitor and support student progress throughout their training program
  • Maintain accurate and timely student records and assessment documentation
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay uptodate with industry changes and best practices
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our training and assessment services
  • Deliver zoom support sessions to distancebased students
  • Contribute to the pursuit of excellence through promoting and maintaining team spirit and abiding by the HIT Code of Conduct and implement all administrative policies and procedures

Requirements:


  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) or willingness to obtain
  • Current qualifications and/or experience in disability and mental health.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to quality training and assessment services
  • High level of administration, computer and organisational skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
$ $50.00 per hour


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Aspley, QLD 4034: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
