The Opportunity


Working across all market sectors of KBR you will create strategic market offerings and support clients through consultation and advice.


The Project Management Office (PMO), spans across the capital project lifecycle from the commencement of project feasibility to commissioning to ensure program performance meets the defined benefits, time, cost, safety, quality, environment and customer outcomes.


Who are you?
We are looking for the following skills and experience to join our team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Relevant experience in change management, preferably in a large, complex organization.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing change management strategies and plans.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent problemsolving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
