Salary up to $125k + super - dependent on experience and qualifications

Company Overview

We are an innovative Sydney based construction company with the majority of our work situated on the North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and Inner West.

We specialize in the design and construction of renovations/ alterations/ additions of internal spaces and create outdoor spaces including pools and gardens for residential properties.

We are turning Houses into Homes.

Position Requirements

Ability to read and implement information from plans;
Demonstrates good problem solving skills;
Strong building/ construction skills (concreting, bricklaying, carpentry, tiling etc) as well as skills/ knowledge in structural landscaping and horticulture;
Must have current Drivers License; and
Be able to demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised.

Position could also be suitable for a qualified bricklayer or carpenter with experience in the building industry

About Us
Tim Samuel, Owner and Director of TSD, has been designing and building outdoor areas for almost 20 years. His experience has been gained in landscaping, pool building and residential building works.

Tim and his team are passionate about what they do.

They have spent years honing their skills and because of their extensive skill base, they do the majority of the work 'in house'.

When it comes to specialist work (electrical, plumbing, metal fabrication and so on) they have a small, dedicated and loyal team of subcontractors and artisans who work closely with them.

Salary:
Up to $125,000.00 per year
