The Role:

Due to internal movement, we are looking for an IT Service Lead to join our team on a fixed-term contract until December 2023.

This will be achieved through:

Involvement in the managed service provider and vendor operational governance.
Development of and compliance with standards and procedures including security patching, audit, risk actions.

Your Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Strong interpersonal, collaboration, facilitation and negotiation skills with business stakeholders, vendors and suppliers.
Demonstrate a blend of business acumen, largescale IT solutions knowhow, governance knowledge and IT systems experience.
Possess strong communication skills, and an ability to explain complex technical issues in a simple, straightforward manner that business people can readily understand.
Understanding of information systems, development and systems integration.
