The Company
My client is an established national Tier 2 builder, employing over 150 staff and operating out of five states.

They deliver fit out & refurbishment projects within commercial, federal, healthcare, education and industrial sectors up to $30M and currently turnover $300M.

My client offers a modern office, great atmosphere and employ talented construction professionals with an average tenure of 12 years across the business.

The Role
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. As successful Site Supervisor you will assist Site Foreman and Site Managers with (but not limited to);

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring they adhere to project plans and timelines
Scheduling and coordinating with Site Managers and Project Managers on priority issues and tasks
Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Overseeing site safety and ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations
Managing a team of skilled tradespeople and subcontractors
Monitoring project budgets and resources

Skills Required:

Tertiary qualifications or trade background
Understanding of OH&S/WHS compliance
Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)
Competent user of Procore & SignOnSite highly desirable
Possess a can do attitude and hunger to learn to professionally develop under a head contractor
