We are seeking a highly motivated and professional male Security Guard with exceptional customer service skills to join our team at a prestigious luxury brand store on Collins Street, Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
- Monitor and control access to the store, ensuring only authorized personnel and customers enter.
- Verify identification and credentials of individuals as needed.
- Coordinate with store management to enforce store policies regarding access and conduct.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external authorities when required.
- Provide assistance and guidance to customers and staff during emergency situations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Victorian Security Licence.
- Past Security Industry experience will be preferred.
- Good communication skills.
Other Information:
Weekly payroll, Daytime shifts, Permanent shifts.
