Currently seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanical Fitter for a full-time permanent role located in Pinkenba.

Our client is a well-established heavy vehicle and equipment manufacturing hire company that has been specialising in quality builds and reliable service across Australia for the better part of 50 years.

This role is offering stable job security in a long-term ongoing permanent role working at their Brisbane branch.

JOB DETAILS AND BENEFITS

$ $48.00 Per Hour under a secure permanent contract

6:30am - 3:30pm Mon

Friday
(No Saturdays required)
Location in Pinkenba
Monthly RDO + Uniform and tool allowances
Competitive Hourly Salary and incentives included with contract

ABOUT THE ROLE

Assembling and fitting out new service vehicle and earthmoving equipment such as truck mounted EWP's
Maintenance and repairs of hire equipment
Reading build plans and carrying out assembly
Manufacturing and repairing a range of access equipment
General workshop duties such as machinery operation

ABOUT YOU

Qualified and experienced heavy vehicle Mechanical Fitter
Looking for long term employment on a permanent basis
Experience fitting, assembling, and welding/fabricating a variety of service gear
Previous knowledge fitting Truck mounted EWP or access equipment highly regarded
Ability to work autonomously and in groups based in a workshop environment
