THE ROLE

This is a true Assistant position supporting up to Partner level in the Property and Property Finance team, where you can expect to undertake a variety of tasks and responsibilities.


Some daily duties will include:

  • Answering all incoming calls and assisting with queries where appropriate;
  • Diary management;
  • Organising meetings;
  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents;
  • Assisting with events; and Billing.

Please note this role is 5 days in office and students will not be considered.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this opportunity you
must have proven experience working as a Legal Assistant in Property and Property Finance.


In addition to this you will have:

  • Great organisational skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Have a strong level of attention to detail; and
  • Ability to work autonomously.
