$69,249 - $74,022 per annum

  • Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)

The City is seeking a suitably experienced Customer Service Officer to assist with customer service and administration duties in the Community Safety Business Unit.

Reporting to the Co-ordinator Business Support, this position will be responsible for delivering quality and timely customer service and administrative functions.

The role engages internal and external customers, including City ratepayers and visitors on all Community Safety matters. Previous experience in a customer service role or administration in Local Government is highly desirable.
