Job Description:
Support vulnerable members of the community by acting as an advocate and role model within the Multidisciplinary
Caroline Springs team.
- Evaluating, developing and delivering evidencebased support plans
- Developing meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising a positive behaviour support framework, and with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices
- Building the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support participants in their lives family, carers, friends, etc
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
About You
To be successful you will have:
- Completed a degree level qualification as an allied health professional
- Experience working within the community with people with disability and/or challenging behaviours
- Suitable, Core or Proficient BSP registration status *highly regarded
- A genuine passion for working in the Disability sector
