DRAFTER


Are you an experienced drafter with a knack for bringing residential construction projects to life? Look no further We are currently seeking a talented individual with hands-on experience in the construction industry to join the team.


Our client is a reputable construction company specialising in investment builds committed to providing their clients with the highest quality of service and workmanship.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Utilise your expertise to create precise and detailed architectural drawings for residential projects.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
  • Bring designs to life with stunning 3D renders and interior designs, providing clients with a clear vision of their future home.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve drafting processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

You will need to have:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction drafting.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other drafting tools.
  • Thorough understanding of building codes and regulations in QLD constructions.
  • Experience in creating detailed 3D renders and interior designs.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, strong interpersonal and problemsolving skills
