Our client is highly respected organisation, who provides services and supports to thousands of individuals around Australia.
With multiple locations around Canberra, this vital Government organisation seeks only the most skilled and professional individuals to assist them in developing programs, policies, and initiatives that will improve the quality of life for Australia's most vulnerable.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the technical design and implementation of CIAM solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and technical expertise to the CIAM team, assisting in project planning and execution.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, serving as the primary escalation point for difficult problems.
- Design solutions for advanced CIAM challenges, leveraging emerging technologies and innovative approaches.
Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions as a Subject Matter Expert, including design, implementation, and optimization.
- Experience in other CIAM solutions such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, and Akamai is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of automation capability with a focus on PowerShell, SCIM and APIs
- Ability to lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
