Our client is a well-known organisation in the Education industry based in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs, they are seeking a experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their high performing Finance team on an initial 3 month contract with strong view to be extended.


Key responsibilities:


  • Strong ability to deal with difficult customers and build relationships at all levels.
  • Following up remittance advices for allocation of payments
  • Resolving any AR related discrepancies.
  • Preparing weekly cheque list for banking.
  • Set up payments in the banking platform once reviewed and approved for payment
  • Compile customer refunds for approval and payment

What we are looking for:


  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to prioritise and manage expectations.
  • Problem Solving ability.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Work independently.
