Monadelphous' Maintenance and Industrial Services division delivers maintenance, shutdown and minor capital works projects through long-term maintenance contracts.

Due to continued growth we are currently seeking a highly motivated Innovation Implementation Coordinator to work with our teams across various clients and sites within the Energy business unit.

This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis, working Monday to Friday in our Victoria Park office with frequent opportunities for site visits to our offshore and onshore projects and locations in WA and NT.

Role Responsibilities:

Support Project Specific and Business Unit Continuous Improvement and Innovation objectives
Lead the encouragement of innovation suggestions from site teams including appropriately capturing, analysing and rewarding various initiatives
Liaise with Divisional Innovation team to assist with communication of shared learning

What you will bring

The ability to challenge, think critically and positively influence others
Strong communication skills, with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
Australian Recognised Trade Certificate or Engineering Degree
Minimum 10 years' experience within Resources industry
