The Role

As an Electrical Leading Hand with PAcific Energy in Perth, you will be supervise or direct the work of others and act as a point of reference and intermediaries for Supervisors.

You will play an integral role in a team that is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Leading Hand duties includes but are not limited to:

Assigning general and daily duties to another employee on the site, ensuring that quality standards and safety precautions are followed and met
Training and coordinating staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources they need to fulfil their job requirements
Completing electrical works
Planning and reviewing the overall status of projects on an ongoing basis
Supervising and managing the use and maintenance of tools, materials and equipment
Coordinating the use of HSE policies, ensuring workplace compliance, and reporting hazards and near misses
Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty and teamwork

About you:

Western Australian "A" Grade Electrical license
Switch room experience highly desirable
Construction blue / white card

- "C" class driver's license

Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
