The Role


As an Electrical Leading Hand with PAcific Energy in Perth, you will be supervise or direct the work of others and act as a point of reference and intermediaries for Supervisors.

You will play an integral role in a team that is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Leading Hand duties includes but are not limited to:

  • Assigning general and daily duties to another employee on the site, ensuring that quality standards and safety precautions are followed and met
  • Training and coordinating staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources they need to fulfil their job requirements
  • Completing electrical works
  • Planning and reviewing the overall status of projects on an ongoing basis
  • Supervising and managing the use and maintenance of tools, materials and equipment
  • Coordinating the use of HSE policies, ensuring workplace compliance, and reporting hazards and near misses
  • Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty and teamwork

About you:

  • Western Australian "A" Grade Electrical license
  • Switch room experience highly desirable
  • Construction blue / white card
- "C" class driver's license

  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
