Temporary Assignment

A leading global organisation located in Macquarie Park is seeking an experienced, professional and

immediately for a 3-month temporary contract.

This role will be full time hours, working Monday to Friday and is to start immediately.

Your duties will include:

Order fulfilment, tracking and regular follow through to ensure service requirements are met
Attending to regular phone queries from hospitals, wholesalers and FMCG customers.
Deliver customer service excellence through effective communication with internal and

- external customer's.

Work collaboratively with third party logistics provider to ensure delivery commitments are

- satisfied.

Meet monthly reporting requirements as well as delegated adhoc tasks.
Assess and investigate credit requests strictly meeting all KPI's
Has proven experience in customer service or internal sales
Has a passion for providing outstanding service at all times
Has excellent relationship and rapport building skills
Is confident, friendly and switched on
Has excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Is extremely organised and has high attention to detail
