- Temporary Assignment
immediately for a 3-month temporary contract.
This role will be full time hours, working Monday to Friday and is to start immediately.
Your duties will include:
- Order fulfilment, tracking and regular follow through to ensure service requirements are met
- Attending to regular phone queries from hospitals, wholesalers and FMCG customers.
- Deliver customer service excellence through effective communication with internal and
- Work collaboratively with third party logistics provider to ensure delivery commitments are
- Meet monthly reporting requirements as well as delegated adhoc tasks.
- Assess and investigate credit requests strictly meeting all KPI's
- Has proven experience in customer service or internal sales
- Has a passion for providing outstanding service at all times
- Has excellent relationship and rapport building skills
- Is confident, friendly and switched on
- Has excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Is extremely organised and has high attention to detail
