Overview

The Executive Assistant/Project Support Officer will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating the provision of a confidential, high quality and timely executive support for the Executive Director, Integrated Care Systems.

The Executive Assistant/Project Support Officer will also provide project support to the directorate in the delivery of complex projects or initiatives and delivering efficient administrative services including word and excel processing, and maintaining high level record management practices.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (general employment)
