Description
We are seeking an experienced, motivated people person to fill this busy and varied role in the Friends Health & Fitness Aquatic program.
This role provides operational day-to-day scheduling, mentoring and delivery of aquatic program offerings at Friends Health & Fitness.The role requires leadership by example with a focus on strong communication, safety, engagement, customer loyalty, consistency in processes and continuous improvement.
If you are a person who loves interacting with people, collaborating with colleagues and have strong experience in an aquatic program then we would like to speak to you about the possibilities this role has to offer.
Whilst experience at this level in an aquatic program is not essential, please refer to the position description to ensure you understand the requirements of the role.
