Specializing in all aspects of Commercial sales, leasing & property management, this is a team headed up by a talented Director with a refreshing and proactive approach to the industry, that leads by example

    Currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join a growing department, this is a role for someone with an understanding of the dynamic Eastern Suburbs market and the ability to maintain strong, long-standing relationships with loyal clients

    The Role:

    • Managing a local portfolio of approx. 130 commercial properties
    • Prepared cash flow budgets, report variations, and reforecast annual outgoings budgeting
    • Liaising with both tenants and landlords
    • Daily follow-up of rental arrears
    • Maintenance issues and follow-up
    • Condition reports and routines
    • Annual rent increases & market rent reviews

    The Candidate:

    • Previous experience in Commercial Property Management
    • A current Certificate of Registration
    • Own car & Drivers License
    • You will be immaculately presented
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
    • Great presentational skills
    • Be a motivated self-starter
