Essendon Kia is now looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter to assist our high performing parts facility and join our team in Essendon Fields.

Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager the main focus of this role is to liaise with trade customers, retail and internal service customers where you will provide product advice, interpret parts from electronic catalogues as well as processing parts orders.

About the role:

Phones and front counter
Parts interpretation for retail and service customers
Attend to customers efficiently and courteously
Handle internal and external business as required

Do you have?

Parts Interpreter experience
Solid interpretation skills
ERA (Pentana)
(highly regarded):
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to communicate clearly and possess good phone manner
Computer literacy and exposure to the Microsoft suite e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel
Current driver's license
