Our client is a leading jewellery group of companies who are the leaders in this industry.

Reporting to the Business Managerl, you will be the face of the operation and responsible for the growth and development of the brand across 5 Sydney locations.

The Role

This opportunity is simply amazing and will offer you the chance to run your 5 stores as if it is your own business.

This brand is synomous for style and classic beauty and transcends across all age groups.

As the Area Manager you will be responsible for growing your territories sales and profitability through outstanding customer service, positive team culture and in-store presentation.

Developing a highperformance team culture
Conduct regular instore visits to ensure sales and profitability are achieved
Recruitment of team members, onboarding and performance management
Monitor GP, expenses, and wage control with your store managers
Develop a customercentric, sales and KPI structure within the business
Implement change management where required

Skills and Experience

Minimum of 2 years of Cluster / multisite retail leadership in Jewellery or similar retail
Ability to lead a team of 5080 team members whilst conducting training and performance management
Excellent analytical and attention to detail
Able to lead staff in a changing workspace as the business is experiencing significant growth
Handson leadership style with your Store Managers
Ability to communicate with senior leadership remotely
