THE ROLE:
- Reception duties
- Assisting a principal with all Sales listings from an admin prospective
- Uploading and arranging open home schedule with property occupants
- Preparing all marketing collateral for new listing including signage, brochures, internet.
- Liaising when required with all conveyances, buyers and sellers in regards to contract terms
ABOUT YOU:
- Current Certificate of Registration
- A current real estate receptionist or sales administrator or Property Manager
- Min 6 months experience
- Natural enthusiasm and a gogetter attitude.
- Impeccable attention to detail
