Description
The connective tissue vital to this wonderful psychology clinic is its Support Team.

The team seamlessly ensures that therapists and clients alike are supported and that all the moving parts required to make this busy, multi-site clinic thrive are considered and attended to.

The magic of this organisation is that it lives its values; every individual matters, and everyone has a voice.

In this role, you will be THE proactive person, always thinking ahead, anticipating what might happen, and thinking about solutions.

You love helping people, you're always ready with a bright hello, and you know just how to create a warm, welcoming, and safe front-of-house environment.

You're practically minded, able to turn your hand to calling a tradie to get that dodgy door handle fixed through to ensuring there's toilet paper in ample supply.

Oh, and you'll thrive on juggling all these component parts.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Overseeing the phone system, promptly answering incoming calls and redirecting enquiries appropriately
  • Assisting current clients with their appointments, including cancelling, rescheduling and actioning the waitlist
  • Supporting the therapists with their administrative tasks
  • Greeting clients and providing a welcoming environment
  • Undertaking reception duties and frontofhouse management, including general clinic upkeep, tidying and assistance with clinic operations
  • Providing correct and relevant information to current and potential clients
  • Having an indepth knowledge of the therapists on the team, including preferences and working schedule
  • Maintaining strict client confidentiality and adhering to the clinic policies, procedures and code of conduct

You'll come with prior experience in a busy customer-facing role, which could have been gained in various settings from clinical, retail through to hospitality.

As important is your inherent skill in communication, your natural empathy for others, your attention to detail, and razor-sharp organisational skills.
