    Then come and join our global team as a Risk Management Professional. You will support the local Management Board to manage business risks effectively, by coordinating Risk & Internal Control (
    RIC) measures and assessments on a country level. You will also support and assist the adherence to the Enterprise Risk Management (
    ERM) process.
    Overview of tasks and responsibilities:
    RIC
  • Ensures processes to meet relevant internal and legal regulations.
  • Sets up and ensures completion of RIC assessments and steers assessor pool.
  • Steer assessors to conduct internal controls testing based on implementation plan and identify internal control deficiencies and report these to management.
  • Monitors assessments and recommends measures of remediation to adhere to internal regulations.
  • Carries out RIC assessments, and RIC consulting assignments.
  • Prepares internal RIC reports and reviews for internal stakeholders in business and regional management.
  • Executes RIC trainings locally.

ERM:


  • Supports and assists the adherence to the ERM process (identify, assess, respond, monitor & report) with the primary goal to support the company achieving its business objectives by addressing material strategic, operational, financial and compliancerelated risks and opportunities.
  • Supports and controls responsible business leaders with regard to completeness and relevance of risk registers, clear assignment of responsibilities and appropriateness/followup of mitigation measures.
  • Prepares annual risk workshops with management to identify and addresses new risks and opportunities.
  • Holds ERM trainings.

Governance:


  • Supports Finance Director to implement local signature regulation.
  • Maintains ANZ Zone Crisis Management Plan, updates the Crisis Management Team members contact list at least twice a year.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
  • Accurate book and record keeping.

Your Qualifications & Experience

  • Accounting or Finance knowledge is a prerequisite.
  • Experience working in a finance role with similar responsibilities would be considered advantageous
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and SAP is required.
