The Position
Reporting directly to the to the CFO, you will oversee the transactional finance function, reporting and providing commercial advice. You will be responsible for leading a large team, driving performance and engaging with internal stakeholders.

The key component of this role will be to deliver accurate financial information, contributing to the profitability of the group by maintaining and implementing relevant policies around financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a large team of high performing employees which includes qualified accounting professionals and accounting support functions. You will be responsible for direct mentorship and development of the transactional finance team;
Financial management, meeting regulatory obligations and monthly reporting;
Prepare and advise on longterm business plans, process improvements and implementations;
Provide commercial advice to support the CFO and relevant internal stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

CA/CPA or equivalent qualification is essential;
Relevant experience in a senior finance related role, managing a large team is essential;
Strong people leadership abilities and a strong commercial mind;
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
