    An Executive Assistant role supporting senior leadership of a global FMCG company

    Boutique has partnered with a global leader within FMCG to find an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Supply Chain leadership and broader teams.

    As Executive Assistant you will be relied upon to provide exceptional administrative support and ensure the teams are prepared and organised, schedules are seamless, and challenges are anticipated.
    What you'll do:
    • Efficient management of calendars, including organising meetings and appointments
    • Coordination of both domestic and international travel arrangements
    • Organisation of staff meetings and activities through effective event management
    • Handling of document organisation and management
    • Creation of agendas and presentations for meetings and events
    • Management of the entire process for purchase orders
    • All whilst ensuring the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality
    The experience and expertise you'll bring:
    • Demonstrated expertise in the end-to-end Executive Assistance of C-level executives, ideally within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
    • Proven experience in strategic business prioritisation and managing competing priorities
    • Outstanding organisational abilities, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A collaborative approach to each activity with proven experience in excelling in and fostering cooperative work environments
    • Skilled in using SharePoint and proficient with the entire Microsoft Office suite
    • Resilience under pressure, adaptability, and ability to navigate an ever evolving across a constantly
