Talent International is working in partnership with a federal government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced 'Data Product Owner'.

Essential criteria

Hands on experience as a Data Product Owner in sprint and/or kanban product development processes.
Hands on experience in understanding complex business problems and translating into data product solution concepts, roadmaps and release plans. Communicating a product solution / journey to a squad.
Hands on experience in developing, refining, and maintaining a product backlog prioritised on business value, and hands on experience in effectively planning and managing resources to balance ad hoc requests, BAU and product development work as required.
Hands on experience to uncover, engage and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Intermediate skills with JIRA and Confluence, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Showcase good analytical and evaluating skills, and demonstrable ability to visualise a data reporting solution and understand how data should be organised/presented to solve a problem.
