    Job Description

    This is an expression of interest.

    Tailored for recent graduates, our one-year Graduate program accelerates careers with diverse opportunities including global training and business exposure.

    A key element of our program is the Graduate Tutorship, a dedicated senior mentor offering in-depth industry knowledge, fostering cross-functional skills, encouraging innovation, and supporting overall professional growth.

    Each Graduate position is part of a department/function and has their specific responsibilities and objectives according to the role.

    Required Skills and Competencies

    We'd Love To Hear From

    Recently graduated individuals (within the last 1.5 years) with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

    Less than 2 years professional experience-

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and contribute.
