The Co-Group is a growing charitable, not-for-profit (NFP) organisation which offers opportunities for support workers to provide care for clients that include in-home supports, group homes, and day centres in the disability and aged care industry.

The Co-Group employs a multicultural and diverse workforce including visa holders.


The Role


We are looking for a female Support Worker who is reliable and responsible for an immediate start for a client in Lesmurdie.

Ongoing shifts available for this client as well as opportunity to work with other clients.

Our client is requiring the following hours:

  • Tuesdays 2pm-3pm
  • Thursdays 12pm3pm
The client requires the support worker to have skills of the following:

  • Aged Care Experience
  • Domestic Assistance
  • Personal Care
  • Community Access and Transporting Clients

Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in the role, you will require the following:

  • Previous experience working as a support worker
  • Minimum Certificate 3 in Disability or Individual Support
  • Covid19 Vaccination 2 x shots
  • NDIS worker screening clearance
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Working With Children Check
  • Current Driver's Licence (P2 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Proof of Working Rights
