- Plan work activities using Prometheus/SAP
- Determine and monitor resource capacities to enable the development of detailed schedules for planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Prepare schedule documentation for all scheduled works
- Analyze metric data and organizational processes for potential efficiencies and improvements.
- Collaborate efficiently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure organizational goals are realized.
- Ensure System data is maintained in an accurate and consistent manner
- Develop and Maintain metrics reporting and performance indicators
- Provide Technical and system information/training and support as required
- Ensure compliance with all environmental health and safety requirements
- Any other reasonable duties as requested
- Certificate IV
- Certificate in Planning & Scheduling activities or similar
- SAP/Prometheus experience
- Knowledge of computer software and applications
- Works with minimal supervision and experience working as part of a dedicated team

- 2 years' experience working in a similar role.
- Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 10kgs, kneeling, standing and walking, routinely sitting and constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, and must be able to work under deadlines.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Able to fluently read, write and speak English

THE ROLE
PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Working as part of the Vesta Team and reporting to the Scheduling and Administration Supervisor, the Planner and Scheduler is required to develop and monitor work schedules, ensuring efficient and effective resource utilization of Vesta staff. The Planner and Scheduler will also be responsible for the coordination of access from tenants to facilitate timely and safe access to residences and equipment.
