Established over 40 years ago, they are a staple in the Australian market, winning countless awards and building dream homes for every level of client.

We are now recruiting for a Customer Relationship Coordinator to add to their successful team of professionals, based in their Brisbane office.

This role focuses on customer service for their clients, guiding them through the build process, from the start of construction though to the hand over of their new home.

You will be the point of contact for clients, providing scheduled updates, administration for customers projects, liaise with internal stakeholders on progress & changes, have the ability to build & maintain relationships, and ability to find solutions and resolve issues when they arise.
