$30-$35 p/h(inc super)

About the company

You will be working for a highly reputable IT Deployment & IT Asset-Management company who has a considerable volume of key projects booked for 2023.

About the role

In this unique role you will be providing technical support with a substantial desktop installation project across key sites in Sydney.

You will provide technical assistance and level 1 support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Resolve basic technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) and other systems

You will also be responsible for the de-installation of old desktops, basic installation of new desktops, waste removal & Asset Recovery Services of collection from site, receive & process into the warehouse.

Skills & experience
-
1 year exp.

in desktop support or a related field:

Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, MacOS & Linux
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to physically lift 20kg for boxes, unpacking & repacking
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
