With our significant growth agenda in mind, we are looking to appoint a strong leader in the newly created role of Business Analyst for our group-wide technology transformation program.


  • Monitoring and managing desktop support, IT services desk
  • Ensuring that systems, procedures and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery for IT support and other IT vendors
  • Ability to analyse invoicing
  • Ability to hold suppliers accountable for service delivery
  • Providing regular and accurate reports to management on performance of the service delivery
  • Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between divisions and service providers.

Desired knowledge & qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience with IT operations IT Support process
  • ITIL Certified
  • Technical certifications (Azure, O365, Windows Server OS are highly desirable)
  • Security and/or compliance certifications desirable
