About the role

Reporting to the Reward & Mobility Manager, you will assist with all the administrative aspects of our reward framework, benefit policies, programs and practices across Australia and New Zealand.


Babcock offers an agile working environment and therefore this role can be offered either full time or at part time hours (0.8FTE).


  • Some duties performed but not limited to:_
  • Ensure that the employee experience of domestic mobility is a coordinated and seamless function, by initiating moves and booking travel
  • Manage the BeRewarded system platform used for employee recognition and service awards
  • Manage and proactively communicate employee benefits
  • Salary review cycle administration assistance
  • Immigration record audits and registration

You can pro-actively engage with the wider HR team to seek opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and systems.
