About the role.**:

There are 5 key business groups being migrated including QSS, QSA, Corporate Finance and the corporate service group.


Key responsibilities.**:


This role will report directly to the Team Leader Platforms and be involved with SCCM software identification and mapping, re-packaging, testing and associated migration activities to achieve the end-to-end migrations.

The key tasks of the ICT Technical officer will include:


Skills and experience.**:


  • Technical skills in the following technologies
  • Microsoft SCCM/MECM
  • Application deployment
  • SCCM/MECM infrastructure admin incl monitoring, troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) assistance in the endtoend migration of AVD Resources
  • Application packaging (AdminStudio)
  • Group Policy
  • Scripting (PowerShell)


  • Windows 10 SOE

  • Deployment, admin and support
  • Tier 3 level support
  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Virtual Infrastructure (Azure/VMware/Hyper-V)
