The role of Analyst Programmer will see you working at our Milton, Brisbane office as part of our HR team.

You will be responsible for ensuring Recruitment and HR systems, processes and reporting are efficient, effective and aligned to business needs.

In this role you will work extensively with internal stakeholders in Recruitment and HR to continue to embed and guide the continuous improvement of our new Talent Acquisition and Talent Management system, Avature.

Key responsibilities:

Research, consult, analyse and evaluate Avature system program needs.
Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods.
Write, update and maintaining technical program, end user documentation and operational procedures.
Develop continuous improvement and continuous delivery strategies across system design and software development through working with system Super Users within Recruitment and HR to define operational requirements.
Work with the vendor to explore potential solutions in the context of business process and systematic constraints, present detailed recommendations back to Super Users and management.
Implement system configuration changes to data sets, workflows, reports and integrations involving the Avature system.
Support the change process and encourage internal user adoption of system functionality and enhancements.

What you will bring:

Experience working with our Talent Acquisition and Talent Management system, Avature.
Minimum 5 years' experience working in a similar analyst programmer/ data development role.
Experience working in process standardisation, optimisation and automation.
Strong collaboration and communication skills and an ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
