The Role

The role will have you become a part of an exciting recruitment team, where you will thrive within the fast paced nature of Blue Collar recruitment.

You will be responsible for supporting those around you in the deliver of projects and being a part of the succession plan.

You will have:

Proven experience within Blue Collar Recruitment
Managing job advertising for your talent pool.
Conducting reference checks and compliance checks
Managing and issuing Blue Collar contract of employment.
Maintaining an excellent level of customer service.
Strong communication style with the ability to form rapport with internal and external stakeholders
