About your new role:

Before School Care shift 6:30am 8:30am and After School Care shift 2:45pm 6:00pm + 2 Administration hours.
Are you a creative, dynamic, and engaging educator? Lead our established team
Extensive training, onboarding and support
Develop the programs you have always wanted with industry leading program planning tools
Have fun, deliver amazing programs that guide children to explore, learn and play at TheirCare

Responsibilities:

Deliver truly remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
Execute on the planning cycle to deliver best in class program experiences
Be the face of TheirCare in your school community. Create a positive relationship within the service community
Support and guide your team of educators to support the service and community
Be open, caring and engaged with our team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever.
