WHAT YOU WILL LEAD & GROW

  • This Sales & Marketing position is an incredible opportunity for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to lead this business unit to ongoing success.
  • In this position, you will play a crucial role in developing, leading, and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies to exceed revenue and profit objectives. Through your exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, you will empower your team of 5 (3x sales & 2x marketing) to achieve their goals and drive the overall success of the organisation.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of sales and marketing efforts, developing and executing cuttingedge sales and marketing strategies with the aim of exceeding revenue, market share and profit objectives, keeping in mind that strategy is mostly set, so this role is very operational and executional.
  • You will lead and inspire a highperforming sales and marketing team through effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring, fostering their professional growth and success and identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • You will stay at the forefront of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities through market research and analysis, leveraging this knowledge to develop innovative sales and marketing approaches.
  • You will monitor sales and marketing performance metrics, generate insightful reports, and present findings to senior management, driving actionable improvements.
  • You will oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and digital initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
  • You will effectively manage the sales and marketing budget, optimising resource allocation and ensuring a strong return on investment.
WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?

  • We are looking for a passionate, resultsoriented and hands on individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment, that can inspire and motivate a team of 5 to achieve exceptional results.
  • You will have sales AND marketing experience within the medical device industry. Even if you are biased to either sales or marketing, a combination of both over a period of the last 10 years is ideal, with at least 5 years' experience leading and managing sales and marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience working with procurement and C-Suite in hospitals.
  • Experience in financial modelling, contract negotiation and sales forecast management.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a science or businessrelated discipline.
  • Competency in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
