We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Project Coordinator (Project Officer) for a Fixed Term Salaried Contract until 30 June 2025, to work collaboratively across the organisation and deliver change created by workplace transformation projects that impact process, people and systems.

You will work within a defined operating structure, to perform day-to-day tasks associated with the provision of project management and project administration support a large Infrastructure program.


Your background- Coordinate and plan all aspects of work related to project admin/support to ensure it delivers outcomes necessary to realise benefits as agreed by the project/program sponsors under the direction of project/program managers.- Extensive experience in working in cross functional teams. Strong exposure on large scale Complex IT projects.- Maintain the project repository/site and governance reporting requirements.- Support maintenance of work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans.- Identify risks/issues from an administrative perspective, develop plans to mitigate/resolve and implement these in a timely manner, measuring effectiveness.- Assist/support in the project procurement process.- Highly autonomous with a keen eye for details, but still escalating a reaching out for support as required.

You will be reporting to IT Portfolio Assurance and Control Manager and be part of a highly collaborative, diverse team with a great supportive culture and work with the Senior Program Managers, the program team and their stakeholders.
