The purpose of the Technology Officer role is to support the technologically 'smart' approach to the Academy's professional learning.

This role will be required to support the improvement of our IT & AV infrastructure at the Academy sites, to enable more effective and efficient use of technology.

The role will focus on providing a high level of customer service in response to IT and AV related event delivery and service calls from Academy staff, course facilitators and participants.

The outputs of this role will enable ease of access and effective and efficient use for staff and participants to the required technology across all working and learning spaces.

The team ensure all Academy staff are equipped and enabled to deliver high quality professional learning services through appropriate IT and AV management with a technologically 'smart' approach.
