Reporting into Head of In-Market Portfolio you are responsible for strategically leading the in-market portfolio with a focus on digital and innovation to drive value through customer and patient-focused initiatives.
Your Responsibilities- Develops and leads multichannel portfolio strategy through appropriate resource allocation to provide exceptional customer experience.
- Designs, develops and executes key digital initiatives across portfolio (in partnership with digital activation).
- Leads thinking and applies challenge to identified countryspecific insights through deep understanding of the market, patient and customer journey, competitive dynamics and brand and portfolio impact on the healthcare system.
- Leverages key insights and business opportunities to develop portfolio strategy and operational plans aligned to global & CPO direction in collaboration with cross functional team.
- Leads the development, creates and implements an active stakeholder management plan.
- Supports enablement of the key account team where initiatives require portfolio support.
- Develops and implements innovation initiatives and tactics and manages this effectively through welldefined KPIs.
- Lead effective agency partnerships and seeks out external expertise to significantly impact business performance.
- Prioritises customer segments to embed optimal messaging inline with portfolio and brand strategy.
- Leads One Impact Plan development and execution across portfolio.
- Monitors business performance and external environment via appropriate tools and takes corrective action as required to meet business objectives.
- Monitor and control portfolio budget and expenses where relevant and assess the impact of initiatives to evaluate cost effectiveness and results.

Role Requirements
What you will bring to the role:
- 3+ years' experience as strategic product or portfolio manager, or related field.
- Strategic and operational portfolio and multibrand management.
- Local launch and prelaunch experience, leading cross functional teams achieving business outcomes.
- Innovation experience across all stages of lifecycle management.
- Experience across different brands and therapy areas.
- Successful track record in highly competitive environments.
- Experience in customer facing roles (e.g. key account management, sales).
- Market and health care system understanding gained via country experience.
- Ability to develop and set strategic direction.
- Experience in influencing a cross functional team without direct authority.
- Coaches and develops others.
