About this Opportunity


We are currently seeking an outgoing and motivated
Administration Officer for our Thomastown site to support our busy Finance and Operations team by providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

This is a temp position, buy you will be trained on many different areas of the business by a passionate local team who work together to succeed as a team.

You will be highly organised and have the ability to communicate with people at all levels.

You must be approachable and friendly as you will be the first point of contact for all site visitors whilst being able to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet our fast moving deadlines and ensuring day to day tasks are carried out efficiently.


Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing of customer orders into the order management system for our production facility
  • Producing invoices for customers into the order management system
  • Organising Transport
  • Liaising with Logistics teams and customers
  • Responsible for ensuring Industrial hours are maintained in the Timeclock system
  • Processing Cash Receipts & responsible for AR journals
  • Data entry of AP invoices
  • Periodic journals for AP & AR
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail and deliveries.
  • Covering reception as required
  • Ensure all visitors to the site are attended to and where possible their needs/requirements are met.
  • General administration support for site.

You will have:

  • A passion for customer service.
  • Previous administrative or office customer service experience.
  • Excellent priority management skills and the ability to cope with changing schedules.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask, juggle workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • SAP experience preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Great initiative.
