Responsibilities

Provide advice and direction on learning design
Influence stakeholders across the learning technology environment
Work with developers to enhance online learning
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Coach and support team members
Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of Delta Tango

To be successful in such a role you will have:

at least 2 years' management consulting experience
5 years' prior experience in another discipline or a related qualification

- experience in learning technologies such as moodle and sap
- proven ability to provide needs-based solutions to any problem.

Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
Government or Defence experience preferred
