We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated and customer focused
Parts Interpreter at our
Hobart branch.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for providing first class customer service, parts interpretation and sales to both internal and external customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Facilitating parts orders and locating of parts for the workshop
Building and maintaining productive customer service to new and existing customers
Ensuring company accounts receivable policies are adhered to in relation to parts sales transactions
Participation in an afterhours 'oncall' roster for emergency parts supply and a Saturday morning duty roster
Assist as required with warehouse operations, emergency runs, reman and hose assembly

ABOUT YOU
You will bring your customer service experience and love for helping people get what they need, and fast.

You will ideally have the following skills, experience & attributes:

Mechanical knowledge would be preferred, a background in automotive would be highly regarded
Exceptional communication skills: a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of Caterpillar products (preferred but not essential)
A current drivers and forklift licence
