Job Description:


Toll Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service/Inventory Officer to join our Healthcare division based in our brand new facility in Richlands.

This role will be responsible for the inventory control of the warehouse, reporting on cycle counts, data, and capacity to our valued customers and internal Toll managers.


This is a newly created role working Monday - Friday and will report to the State Manager Healthcare - NSW & QLD.

As the Customer Service/Inventory Officer you will:

  • Act as the point of contact for our customers and our internal Toll team by liaising effectively with all parties.
  • Oversee the WMS and ensure regular cycle counts, data integrity and inventory accuracy.
  • Analyse and report on data pertaining to the warehouse inventory, and present to customers/internally.
  • Ensure safe working practices are upheld in accordance with relevant legislation and Toll safety policies.

Qualifications:

***To be successful in this role, you will need: - Previous experience in an inventory or warehouse management role; healthcare sector highly regarded.

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the capability to present and liaise with multiple customers in a polished manner.
  • Ability to interpret, analyse and report on warehouse metrics using WMS data.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety legislation as it pertains to wahoursing and transport.
