Invoicing
Summary of skills:
- Cost Centre Management
- Annual Budgeting: Work with the finance team to develop and manage the annual digital systems budget
- Monthly / Quarterly /
Annual Forecasting:
Create forecasts and reports for the digital systems team
- Accruals /
Invoice Processing:
Manage the accruals and invoicing process for digital systems vendors and suppliers
- Credit Card Reconciliations: Reconcile credit card statements and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Monthly Forecasting and Reporting
Vendor Management:
- Vendor Account Management
- Commercial Negotiations
- Funding Justifications / SOW / WoC / A4's / A3's
- Purchase Order Creation
- Maintaining Documentation
Consumption Management:
- Licensing / Consumption tracking
- Reporting
- Usage Modelling and Analysis
