  • Annual Budgeting: Work with the finance team to develop and manage the annual digital systems budget
  • Monthly / Quarterly /

Annual Forecasting:
Create forecasts and reports for the digital systems team

  • Accruals /

Invoice Processing:
Manage the accruals and invoicing process for digital systems vendors and suppliers

  • Credit Card Reconciliations: Reconcile credit card statements and ensure accuracy in transactions
  • Monthly Forecasting and Reporting

  • Vendor Account Management
  • Commercial Negotiations
  • Funding Justifications / SOW / WoC / A4's / A3's
  • Purchase Order Creation
  • Maintaining Documentation
