Our client is one of Australia's big players in the timber truss and frame industry with a wide network of fabricators all over the country.

We are seeking a Software Support/Help Desk Officer to join their operations on the northern Gold Coast.

This role represents an opportunity to work for a family-owned business who will value your skills and contribution to their ongoing success.

On a day-to-day basis, your duties will include:

Providing technical support and advice to customers via various methods
phone, online/TeamViewer and site visits
Assisting in development of technical training and writing
Software testing for new releases when required
Some assistance in customer acquisition and expansion where the opportunity presents itself
Previous indepth experience with timber detailing software steel detailers will also be considered
Strong customer service skills willing to go the extra mile
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
A high level of organisation and attention to detail
