_About the Company _

  • Our client is a life sciences company that discovers, develops and produces innovative products to increase crop yields. Our client utilises biological technology to address the agriculture market with novel technologies that have an "outside in" approach to address crop needs.
    _About the role _
  • The primary focus of this position is to work with the domestic and international management team to develop products and sales, maximising product usage at the retail level.
    _Responsibilities _
- _Establish productive, professional relationships with customers to ensure long-term success. _
- _Create business development opportunities through existing relationships _
- _Identify and then leverage opportunities that enhance the visibility and uptake of the product portfolio _
- _Development of a business plan that forecasts short-term and long-term business opportunities _
- _Identification and development of new growth and sales opportunities _
- _Continuous accountability for the status of all sales prospects. _


_Requirements _:


_Education / Experience / Skills _
- _A Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, economics or related field _
- _Minimum of 5 years of Sales/Management/Marketing/Technical experience in the agricultural Industry _
- _Strong understanding of crop development and the use of products to enhance production _
- _Proven Track record in Strategic Decision Making _
- _Ability to use technology and analysis tools (Excel, Outlook, web, databases) _
